How can I make a reservation?
It’s simple: book online on our website or contact us for private tours and customized events.
Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour?
Yes. Some tours require a minimum number of participants.
If not reached, we will contact you in advance (usually up to 24 hours before) to reschedule, suggest an alternative, or provide a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund or credit if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
What happens if I don’t show up?
In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

Weather Conditions & Safety
Can the tour take place regardless of weather conditions?
No. Safety always comes first. If sea conditions are not suitable, the tour will be rescheduled or refunded.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, we offer a full refund or credit and will try to reschedule for an alternative date, depending on availability.
Are there life jackets and safety equipment on board?
Yes. All tours include safety equipment, and the skipper ensures all safety rules are followed.
Are the crew trained in safety?
Yes. All our team members are certified in maritime safety, first aid, and rescue, with proven experience.
On the Day of the Tour
Where is the departure point?
Cais Espadarte, Rua Clube Naval de Sesimbra, Porto de Abrigo, 2970-263 Sesimbra.
How does check-in work?
Arrive a few minutes before departure. Our skippers will be waiting for you at the departure point.
Onboard Experience
Can I bring children?
Yes. Children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Can I swim during the tour?
Yes. During stops you will have the opportunity to cool off in crystal-clear waters and explore wild beaches.
Can I bring food and drinks?
In many tours it’s possible. Please confirm with us before booking.
